Refund Policy

At Carevra, we strive to provide a valuable experience and meaningful career insights. Because our platform delivers personalized AI-generated content immediately after use, our refund policy differs from physical products and traditional services.

Monthly subscriptions

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the platform has not been substantially used.

Substantial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Resume analysis generation
  • Resume rewriting or tailoring
  • Cover letter generation
  • Career match analysis
  • Interview preparation generation
  • Other personalized AI-generated outputs

After substantial use has occurred, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Personalized digital content

Because Carevra provides personalized digital services immediately upon use, refunds are generally not available once personalized content has been generated. This includes:

  • Resume analysis
  • ATS analysis
  • Resume optimization
  • Resume tailoring
  • Cover letter generation
  • Career match reports
  • Interview preparation materials
  • LinkedIn optimization
  • Outreach message generation
  • Other AI-generated career content

Once these services have been delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

Billing errors

Refunds may be issued in cases involving:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased services
  • Accidental multiple subscriptions

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

Carevra reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments at its sole discretion when appropriate.
