Will Carevra replace my writing?: No. It produces a strong, positioned first version and puts it in a sectional editor. You change anything you want, and nothing is final until you approve the version. Your judgment is still the product your client is buying.
Can it invent achievements?: It is built specifically not to. Deliverables are generated against the verified facts in the career profile, and unsupported claims — a percentage with no baseline, an unquantified superlative — are flagged for your confirmation instead of being written in.
Can I edit everything?: Yes. Career profile, positioning blueprint, resume and every LinkedIn section are all editable, and each change creates a new version rather than overwriting the old one.
Can I manage multiple clients?: Yes — unlimited clients on one $299/month workspace, with a roster that tracks each engagement through intake, building, in review and completed. There is no per-client fee.
Can I export the resumes?: Yes. Every resume version exports as an ATS-safe PDF and as an editable Word document you can finish in your own template if you prefer.
Is this for recruiters or coaches?: It is built for the people who produce career materials for others: resume writers, career coaches, outplacement consultants and boutique career firms. Recruiters can use it, but the workflow is written around client delivery, not candidate sourcing.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Billing is month to month with no contract. Cancel from your account and the workspace stays active through the period you have paid for.
What happens to my client data if I cancel?: Before you cancel you can export any client's full package — career profile, blueprint, and every generated document with its version metadata — as a structured JSON file. You can also permanently delete a client at any time.
Do my clients need their own Carevra accounts?: No. You work inside your workspace and deliver the finished PDF and Word files however you already deliver. Clients do not log in, and Carevra never contacts them.
