How renewal works
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the same price you signed up at. Stripe sends a receipt to your email after every successful charge. If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times and email you before pausing your subscription.
How to cancel
- Go to Account settings (also in the menu under Account, plan & cancellation).
- Under Subscription, click Open billing portal.
- Click Cancel plan in the portal.
Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep full access until the end of the current period. The same page also lets you permanently delete your account and all of your data.
Switching plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Stripe portal. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Refund policy
Pro is $29.99/month, billed today and on the same calendar day each month. There is no free trial — you get full access the moment you subscribe.
Monthly charges are non-refundable once taken, except where required by law, because personalized content has already been generated. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Disputed charges
Don't recognize a charge? Email support@carevra.io before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it in a day. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
